RentApp – System for managing relations between the landlord and the tenant
About project
During the signing of the real estate lease agreement, the participants start to have obligations that require monitoring of their fulfillment. These are financial relationships, document flow, conditions for fulfilling obligations or penalties in case of non-fulfillment. The RentApp service allows you to manage these relationships in one system.
The RockIT team created:
- Design system, i.e. the base knowledge of the project which contains examples of visual solutions, code fragments, design guidelines, documents, articles and philosophical principles that guide designers, programmers, copywriters and other team members involved in the creation of the product
- Applications for landlord, tenant and realtor, with a set of features that each of them needs
- Web application for service administration which provides document flow and accounting of participants’ financial obligations of the lease agreement and the guarantee agreement
