About project

For residents, the project is an alternative to neighborhood chats, repair specialists search programs and various apps for paying for services. All utility issues are resolved in one mobile application. The management system was developed for managing companies and homeowners associations (HOAs).  With its help, managing companies can:
  • issue invoices for their services
  • conduct voting, surveys
  • sign contracts with service providers (utilities, electricity, gas)
For the client (apartment owner), this is an opportunity to:
