Sheriff SOS

Sheriff SOS is a system that is designed for a security company (rapid response teams and clients)

RockIT team created:

An application for rapid response crews which allows to monitor car position, receive alarms from guarded objects or emergency buttons that clients have in their apps, receive road notifications and information about the guarded object
An application with the panic button for the end users which allows to send alarm with defined geolocation to nearest crew (based distance and traffic jam)
Integrations with the client’s systems – CRM, security control panel, and GPS trackers which are located in the cars of the rapid response crews

Software

Developed and tested UX prototypes in focus groups in order to get the best user experience in ready-made solutions. An algorithm has been created to select the nearest crew that can arrive at the place of the alarm as soon as possible. The web administrative application has been developed to manage the interaction of the company's subsystems (CRM, security control panel, enterprise accounting system, GPS trackers located in the cars of rapid response groups)
