The software has been developed by the team, allowing the division of real estate projects into square meters and selling them based on square meters. The necessary functionalities have been implemented to track square meters, exchange certificates, and adjust their value according to the real estate market.

Implementation of White Label solution: The White Label solution has been integrated, enabling construction companies to use SmartBrick under their own brand. This allows them to customize and present the product according to their specific needs and brand it under their own label.

Development of CRM Information Panel: An information management panel for customer interactions (CRM) has been created. This panel enables the sales team to effectively manage the sales cycle, track customer contacts, manage documents, and access necessary analytics.

Development of the mobile application: A mobile application has been developed to facilitate customer relationship management. The application includes a news section, features to boost sales of new real estate properties, and a database of loyal customers. It allows customers to receive updates and access information about available real estate properties.

A comprehensive solution has been created, providing customers with a mobile application for browsing and purchasing square meters, a management panel for construction companies to oversee the projects, and an analytical panel for informed decision-making.
